This olive oil is made from the four olive varieties, including the rare and distinctive Morisca, which are handled with care and then cold pressed to ensure the freshest taste and highest quality. The attractive tin packaging will protect your olive oil from the damaging effects of heat and light.
Fruity and slightly tart, with notes of apple and spice. Use it in place of butter when frying eggs, mashing potatoes, dressing vegetables, even dipping bread. It's good enough for blending with lemon juice or vinegar for vinaigrette.
